Tonya Rice is an author and Realtor®. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked as a department store manager and legal secretary, which enhanced her abilities to provide top flight customer service and attention to detail - two extremely important attributes to help her clients who are buying or selling a home.

Tonya, a Richmond native, specializes in working with home buyers in the North Chesterfield and Midlothian areas. As each transaction possesses unique characteristics, she strives to put herself in her client's shoes because she truly does care about making the process easy for them.

Tonya received her bachelors degree from Hollins College (now Hollins University) and her Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from National University. She also enjoys learning more about her hometown's history and sharing it through her writing. (Yes, that's her beloved elementary school to the right of this page!) Aside from her work as a Realtor®, she loves working out, running, trying new recipes for her family, watching classic movies, reading novels, and writing her own.
